MOVI is led by Biel Pérez (CEO), who drives strategy, product, and operations, and Carol (CMO), who leads marketing and growth. Together, we combine business acumen, startup experience, and digital expertise to build a platform that automates hiring and payroll. Our complementary skills allow us to move fast, validate the market, and create a solid foundation for a CTO and investors to join and scale MOVI successfully.
