I have been a registered nurse for over 17 years. Of those years, 16 have been in the home health industry. In the most recent years, my experience has been focused in outsourced medical coding or BPO processes in the Philippines and India. I am currently working toward my doctorate in nursing.

I have experience in developing a business from inception. My role in the company was more along the lines of industry expert/trainer/client relations, while the owner managed the sales, marketing, and financials of the business.
