Your Role
· Social Commerce Leadership: Full ownership of the growth strategy across Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Douyin, etc.
· Private Domain Mastery: Design the end-to-end conversion funnel within the WeChat ecosystem, turning social followers into loyal, paying members.
· Strategic Evangelism: Host high-impact online sharing sessions and offline member roadshows to onboard our first 1,000 customers.
Requirements
· Proven Track Record: 2–5 years of high-growth experience in DTC (Beauty, Skincare, Medical Aesthetics, etc), Luxury Hospitality, or a related field. We value candidates who have scaled brands from scratch.
· Channel Expertise: A "Black Belt" in Xiaohongshu and WeChat Private Domain ecosystems. You should be a master of high-conversion performance marketing and social algorithms.
· Content & Communication: Native Chinese fluency with the ability to write sophisticated, high-end copy. Some English is a plus.
· Entrepreneurial Grit: You are honest, reliable, and thrive in the high-stakes, fast-paced environment of a startup. If needed, you are willing to work weekends and evenings because this is an opportunity to win, and make a difference in the world.
